Well my weight is still the same but I had an unexpected monthly visitor this week. So next week the scale should move….hopefully! I have been better about tracking my meals.
I do want to share a new waffle recipe I tried and we loved this morning! The basic recipe can be found at Low Carb yum.
I omitted the salt and oil and did 1/2 c heavy cream, then I added Hershey’s sugar free chocolate chips. This made 2 nice sized waffles in my waffle maker. After the waffles cooked I added butter and sliced strawberries as a garnish. The waffles were so good that we did not even add syrup! I forgot to take a picture but promise I will next time! Keto on my friends!
