Monday weigh in 4/10/2017

Hello all and how is everyone doing? I just enjoyed the best weekend yet this year. Perfect weather and got a lot of yard work accomplished. We planted 3 new trees; one peach, one apple and one japanese maple. The maple is my absolute favorite tree! Our local Sutherlands had a 50% off trees and shrubs sale this weekend and I took full advantage.  After yard work saturday I was so sore and had so much nerve pain but it has subsided. I gained almost 4 pounds in inflammation and water retention saturday into sunday but by this evening it is gone.

Now I want to share a recipe I came up with today:

2 mushroom caps with a pat of butter

We had some leftover turkey from this weekend so I added it on top of the butter and put garlic salt on.

Brussel sprouts

Shredded cheese

A slice of provolone cheese and then cooked for 15-20 mins at 350

These were so yummy!

Alright on to my weigh in:

I finally hit the 20 pound mark! I am so excited about this 🙂 Tomorrow I get to go get a new hair cut. Keto on my friends!
