Monday weigh in 1/30/217

Well it is Monday night and time for my weigh in, but first I want to share a couple of recipies that I tried this week.

Chicken and Bacon Chowder

Cheddar Biscuits

My husband and son, who are not keto, really liked these also. Win-win! I fried some radishes in bacon grease and coconut oil and added it to the chowder just because I really like fried radishes 🙂

Now before I say how much weight I have lost I want to say that I have noticed other non scale victories (NSV). My husband has noticed that my stomach is flatter, which is nice that he is paying attention! I can wear jeans again, my bra and underwear are fitting better and I have so much energy. I am able to keep up with laundry, dishes, and the rest of the house. That is exciting for me because I am always failing to be the wife and mother I want to be due to being exhausted all the time.

Now my weight loss was only 1 pound but I am not going to complain or be detured because I am feeling so much better!
