We are apart of a co-op called Tot school and I was asked to do math and science. We meet for this class once a month. I have set up the class in stations for parents and child/ren to go through together since our group has many younger children this seems to work the best 🙂
Mixing primary colors to make secondary colors.
The set up stations 🙂 We had a magnetic or non magnetic, number dot book, match number with number shape, match number with number, domino parking lot, pre-math worksheet, mixing primary colors to make secondary colors, and will it float.
Will it float was the most popular station 🙂
As you can see we have a rather large group and many of the kiddos are under age 5 so this station set up works perfectly!
Here are links to the stations :
For the number shape match I took dollar store bath toy number and traced them on paper.
For the number match I took stickers from dollar tree numbered 1-20, cut them up, placed them in baby food jar lids, traced the lids of paper, and wrote the numbers in the circles.
I LOVE being a homeschooler!!
